Rush fees will push you to the start of the queue. Cost varies depending on the time frame of the deadline. Will not accept same-day deadlines.

DESIGN FEE
Don't have an image reference for your character. Then I can design the character for you. Must provide any reference images you can to describe what your character looks like. Be discriptive.

TERMS OF SERVICE
01. Agreement to Terms
By ordering a commission you have agreed to all the terms that are listed below. If any of the terms are broken, the commission then will be cancelled with a refund.
02. Right to Decline
I reserve the right to decline any commission or project given to me without disclosing a reason. That includes not responding to said commission requests.
03. License and Copyrights
Commissions are strictly for personal use only; the client can not use the work for commercial use unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. I hold all copyrights to use the artwork for any promotional use and non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon by the client. Creating NFTs off commissions is strictly prohibited; there will be no negotiating this term. All intellectual property will be credited to the correct IP holders.
04. Payment
All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollar), Canadian clients may pay in CND (Canadian Dollar). Services are paid through Paypal; Canadian Clients may pay through E-Transfer. Payment is due before the commission is started; the price will not be negotiated down. For commissions over 100$, clients may pay 50% upfront and 50% after sketches are completed. Payment must be processed within 72 hours of invoice being sent, or risk losing their commission slot.
05. Refunds and Cancellations
There will be no refunds after the commission has started. A refund will only be given if I feel that I can not do the commission at the time. Cancellations will not be accepted after the commission has started. Refunds, however, may be given if a sufficient reason is given. I reserve the right to decide what sufficient reasoning is.
06. Communications
Communication should be kept between the client and I while commissions are being made. Failure to communicate properly can result in the commission being paused indefinitely till communications start again. Additionally, failure to communicate over a 60-day time frame will forfeit the services without a refund.
07. Privacy Policies
Only personal information needed to complete the service will be required. This may include; Legal names, email addresses, and/or age for NSFW commissions. Personal information will not be given out, as well as my own. These transactions should remain private between the client and I. A display name will be used for credit unless otherwise agreed upon.
08. Process and Timing
The process may vary between commissions; what may take a few hours for some may take a few months for others. Unless otherwise agreed upon there is no set due date for commissions. The client may not pester or rush the commission process unless paid for a RUSH fee.
09. Liability
I am not responsible for any loss, expense or liability of the client. Clients are responsible for keeping track and archiving the services.
10. Modifications or Edits
Unless otherwise told, or written by the client, there will be no modifications to the artwork. The client may ask for minor modifications to the commission after services are done. Any major modifications will cost an additional fee.
11. Delivery
Commissions will be delivered via email, in a google doc folder or a zip file, depending on the size of the file. There are no physical copies to be delivered to the client.
